He has been leaving threatning messages that an officer will be at my door to take me to jail for something that I owe but when I ask him for the info, he hangs up.

Mark as Useful I asked caller why calling she said to lower my credit card intrest rates. Asked what card she said my visa/mastercard. When i advised the unknown caller that i have no credit cards and i want to know who they are and why calling she rudely hung up the phone on me !
